We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Stop Loss Team to develop and implement comprehensive reporting solutions to improve insights and decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities for key business decisions.
• Enhance data visualization by designing and building interactive dashboards to visualize key financial metrics.
• Streamline reporting processes and reduce manual data manipulation.
• Design and develop data models and reporting structures.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling dashboards and reports.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity.
• Automate reporting processes where possible.
• Provide ongoing support and training on reporting tools to users.Required Qualifications
• 5+ years work experience
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience in data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insight to stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) may be beneficial.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Required) Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
