Contributes ongoing consultation on compliance issues impacting the organization and interfaces with industry groups and regulators on compliance laws. - Contributes to implementing complex monitoring systems and procedures to assess compliance with legal and regulatory requirements primarily related to AML Programs.
- Conducts routine audits, reviews, and assessments of various business activities and processes.
- Analyzes less complex internal controls, policies, and procedures to identify weaknesses.
- Implements, under direct supervision, compliance policies and procedures, and ensures they align with relevant laws and regulations.
- Compiles compliance reports and documentation, highlighting findings, recommendations, and areas of concern.
- Examines procedures and reporting, under close supervision, to ensure efficiency and appropriate risk mitigation.
- Communicates with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Advises in less complex compliance violations or breaches. Gathers evidence, conducts interviews, and prepares reports on the findings.
- Assists and supports with investigations and complaint handling as needed.
- 1-2 years in healthcare field
- 1-2 years Strong analytical and research skills
- 1-2 years Project Management ability.
- 2-4 years in healthcare field
- Experience in Medicare preferred.
- Strong Experience in Word, Excel, MS Outlook products; QuickBase experience a plus
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to interact with different groups of people at different levels providing assistance on a timely basis.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
