This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

  • Research and track lost or unclaimed life insurance policies using internal systems, third-party databases, and external communication as needed.
  • Investigate policy details, ownership, and beneficiary information to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
  • Update internal systems and records to reflect the status and disposition of each policy.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as claims, underwriting, and customer service, to verify information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with policyholders, beneficiaries, or other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and clarify policy details.
  • Generate regular reports to monitor progress on locating and updating lost policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to life insurance and recordkeeping.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient tracking and update methods.
Required Qualifications
  • Hybrid Franklin, TN Tuesday- Thursday
  • 1-2 years Experience in insurance, claims, or records management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using database systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with life insurance terminology and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or working with external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of life insurance systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
