Responsibilities
Follow policies and best practices relating to the job function by analyzing client requests, determine the best operational approach and install adjudication related drug lists (eg formulary, clinical edits, plan coverage, etc) in Salesforce and Rxclaim/AS400

Ability to collaborate regularly with peers to audit, review and verify drug list coding and testing while utilizing various tools. Able to meet all turnaround time and performance guarantees with excellent quality. Capable of applying logical thinking to Identify process improvement opportunities
Primary Qualifications
2-3 years of direct work experience with PBM or Healthcare knowledge
Proficient use Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word,Outlook, Teams
Experience with AS400 / RxCLAIM or related Healthcare Application
Working knowledge of SalesForce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management software
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Well organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively and independently
Flexible in adapting to change
Excellent time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work successfully in a deadline-oriented environment with excellent quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
