The Medicare member/non par provider appeals team is looking for a project manager to join our team.

Serve as a subject matter expert and key collaborator to all Travel team stakeholders, working directly with Medicare appeals clinical and nonclinical leaders and the G&A Insights team.

Establish improved operational processes, plan, deliver, and lead the delivery of the assigned process improvement initiatives, projects and QuickBase management.

Utilize your analytic and problem solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, storytelling, and business acumen to implement incremental and large scale changes.

Develop, implement, and maintain automation reporting tools to support achieving business goals.

Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present project and program data in a visually appealing format that is easily understandable.

Manage time and projects effectively and collaborate with management at regular staff meetings to review ongoing alignment of reporting and metrics.Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience with program implementation and management, project management and process design
  • Expertise with reporting, creating and management of QuickBase applications.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute against cross functional initiatives on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Medicare, Commerical or Medicaid experience
  • SAFe Agile experience /training
  • Healthcare process knowledge /experience
  • PMP certification preferred
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-5 years of experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
