high performing teams. Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in clinical interventions supporting our members.
Accountable for meeting the financial, operational and quality objectives of the unit.Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:- Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Health Services area's goals.
- Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Health Services.
- Ensures implementation and monitoring of best practices in health services to address member needs across the continuum of care.
- Devises the allocation of resources for identification of members, development and implementation of care plans, enhancement of medical appropriateness and quality of care, and care documentation.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for the team regarding practice standards, intervention quality, and problem resolution.
- Assesses team developmental needs and collaborates to identify and implement action plans to support development.
- Executes support for members and account teams by participating in member meetings, integrating cultural requirements, and orienting new members.
Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in clinical area of expertise
- Experience as the lead or SME
- Must reside in Central, Southern, or Northwestern Illinois
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Managed Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications.
- Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives.
- Ability to evaluate and interpret data, identify areas of improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Providers, Members, Staff and other Leaders both in oral and written formats (e.g., may provide
- support to the sales staff & network staff via onsite customer visits and/or presentations).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Social sciences, Social Work, or related field required
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Sciences, Social Work, or related field preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
