Collaborate productively with cross-functional business areas, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and accuracy. Expected to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.Key Responsibilities:

- Identifies constituent-specific service issues, identifies solutions, and may lead resolution of issues working with other areas.
- Support plan administration activities, including but not limited to installation, open-enrollment, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with supporting business areas.
- Attend weekly internal and external meetings.
- Lead contact for Wellness Fairs - in person
- Open enrollment meetings.
- SPD management.
- SBC management.
- Monthly Commission reporting.
- Back-up AM for LGITs.
- Manage/update Matrix.
- In person meeting with client as needed.
- Support team on special projects.
- Collaborates with Sales/Account Director/Account Manager/Leadership team to achieve growth/renewal objectives.
- Update key dashboard performance metrics for each fund's Commission meetings.
- 1-3 years of client service experience.
- 1-3 year project management experience.
- 2-5 years of health insurance industry experience.
- Knowledge of sales support, account management, client interaction, and operational processes.
- Microsoft tools experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous presentation experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$50,188.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
