If so, there is a great opportunity to join CVS as an Assistant Category Manager of the Digestive Health Category. In this role, you will partner with your leadership to execute the strategy to drive these categories while amplifying the priorities for CVS Retail.The purpose of the Assistant Category Manager role in Digestive Health is to participate in shaping the category strategy, at the direction of your leader, to drive the P&L to achieve sales, profitability, and margin growth, along with training and development of future leaders. You will use your negotiating skills to immerse yourself in the category, readily sharing best practices with your peers and Senior Category Manager leader.To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), have experience leading and influencing others (both directly and indirectly), and be able to clearly present to your Senior Category Manager and DMM leadership using your top-notch presentation skills. You must leverage your prior experience to build influential presentations about your categories with a clear narrative leaving everyone in the meeting clearly aligned to the path forwards. You will leverage your clearly defined prioritization skills to proactively anticipate the market and take calculated risks to grow your market share without risking profit on the P&L. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Digestive Health sales and margin goals by accomplishing market share growth. Manage all profit and loss targets to include sales, contribution of margin, inventory turns, and GMROI for DH.
• Assist in shaping our Digestive Health category strategy by developing an informed strategic point of view and adeptly influencing key partners, including senior leaders while staying abreast of the customer and competitive trends.
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to influence stakeholders and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Manage vendor relationships, collaborating and negotiating with manufacturers and vendors to ensure brand and product strategies drive sales and profitability, as well as creating assortments and experiences (both physical & digital) that drive trust & trips with our customers.
• Champion innovation by bringing ideas to market in an agile way, while balancing growth potential against financial risk
• Initiate and execute strategic promotional strategies and marketing plans by collaborating internally with CVS partners (e.g., Inventory, Pricing, Promotion, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design and Store Operations) and supplier partners.

• 3-5 years' experience in Retail Category Management, Retail CPG, or Management Consulting / Investment Banking / Private Equity
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Proven track record of influencing others with and without authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very strong interpersonal and presentation skills and strong executive presence
• Expertise leveraging MS Office
