You will maintain and enhance POS exceptions within our Agilence application, leverage the application to initiate cases, and support the AP Corporate/Field teams, and Store Leaders.

You will be a resource both directly and indirectly on multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met and making sound business decisions. You will support the national AP team mitigate FS fraud and reduce shrink. The overall objective is to remove risks by identifying theft, administrative and procedural deficiencies, and reduce Front Store losses.Duties would include:
- As a System Administrator of the Agilence application- Create new and enhance existing EBR metrics

- As an Agilence Superuser- Review and validate POS data exceptions leveraging available tools and applications to generate theft/fraud cases

- Responsible for sourcing and uploading multiple data files
- Efficiently triage and resolve ad hoc and investigative support requests

- Responsible for oversight of the AP Tip program, including receiving and researching tip information and the processing of rewards

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years retail internal investigative experience

-2+ year experience with designing Exception-Based reporting

-1+ year Microsoft Office Suite experience with peak proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-Travel 5%Preferred Qualifications

- Strong Investigative skills, preferably in Internal/colleague investigations

- Experience utilizing CCTV to identify and confirm internal fraud

- Advanced analytical skills with great attention to detail

- Experience with analytic software or SQL to create or analyze reporting

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to adapt and be flexible as priorities and business needs change

- Ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of management and hourly employees

- Independent thinker with confidence to express opinions in the best interests of the company which may differ from senior leadership

-Bachelor's degree preferredRequired Education:

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
