Through our work, we improve member experience and health, cost of healthcare for payers, and optimize our financials.As the Analytics Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between development teams, senior level stakeholders/ business partners and users across various functional areas. You will partner with data science and engineering leaders to manage the long-term and short-term roadmap and ensure value-based, and data driven prioritization. You will work with UX/ UI design experts to deliver the best experience to our users. - Craft/ manage roadmaps and coordinate strategies across the product platform
- Proactively anticipate requirements, influence, and guide team towards building appropriate solutions
- Work with the junior product owner and development leads in translating product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, where necessary
- Manage launch of enhancements and own product success post-launch through monitoring performance metrics and developing strategies to increase adoption/ utilization
- Manage relationship with UX/ UI design team to ensure front end delivers optimal user experience
- Interface directly with users to gather feedback, understand needs, build trust, and resolve utilization issues and/ or challenges
- Excellent communicator and storyteller (written & verbal) and presentation skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences
- Empathetic partner to customers & stakeholders, exhibiting high emotional intelligence
- Ability to work with large number of teams to make the vision of the product successful
- Comfortable influencing others, leading teams and managing stakeholders
- Innovative thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify key unmet needs and solutions

- 10+ years work experience
- Experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Tech or similar
- Experience with large corporate digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with financial systems and P&L analysis
- Familiarity with modern service-driven technical architectures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a statistics, mathematics, computer science, or other similar technical fieldPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
