As a Formulary Management Analyst, you will work with formulary support teams in the creation, analysis, and maintenance of CVS Caremark's standard formularies/drug lists. You'll work directly with a team of Pharmacists and internal customers in other departments to capture and meet the needs of our external clients. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, analysis and management of the CVS Caremark standard formularies ensuring clinical appropriateness, accuracy and minimized financial risk for CVS Caremark and our clients. You will manage difficult assignments to completion and own the entry of all maintenance changes into RxArchitect. Participation, and in some cases ownership, in the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of operational processes and procedures related to department deliverables is a major duty of this role. You will communicate to internal departments any pertinent formulary related information and production timetables related to document maintenance, web postings, printing, and distribution. To be successful in this role you must be self-directed, highly motivated with a bias for action, positive and adaptable to the evolving healthcare industry and resulting customer needs. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess the technical expertise to evaluate changing business requirements and incorporate them into day-to-day execution. You will create project plans on a quarterly basis to manage company deliverables, maintain a strong attention to detail and be able to identify errors and/or inconsistencies in the review of data.This position is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Buffalo Grove, ILSchedule; Working onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Working from home Monday and Friday.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience creating, analyzing, and maintaining data within the

MS Office Suite; Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and

SharePoint.

- 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects to completion.

- Ability to adhere to the hybrid work arrangement

Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Drug information

knowledge.

- Experience with Formulary Management.

Education
- Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years of work experience within Healthcare/ Pharmacy.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
