- Facilitates follow-up calls for additional information from
providers.
- Assists clinical staff in locating services for members
through provider searches.
- Provides information to clinical staff regarding results of
provider or resource searches.
- Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets.
- Submits PIN requests for providers not listed in the
system.
- Assigns cases to clinicians.
- Collaborates with clinical staff on administrative
processes.
- Forwards documents to be attached to clinical cases.
- Creates new cases based on new requests.
- May participate in reporting or data collection with
projects.Required Qualifications
- 1 + years working with Behavioral HealthPreferred Qualifications
- Understands psych/med terminology.
- Previous Managed Care experience, familiarity with
- managed care documentation systems
- Previous experience working with plan benefit structure
- Previous experience working with Autism Spectrum DisorderEducation
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience with Behavioral Health required
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Psychology, Social Service, or Health Administration Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $36.78This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
