This team sits at the heart of the Front Store, connecting the dots between cross-functional teams to bring one holistic vision to life. The Director of Analysis & Planning will be responsible for overseeing the financial analysis, expense management, and capital allocation processes within the Front Store organization. This pivotal leadership role drives financial performance, optimizes costs, and ensures the effective deployment of capital resources to fuel strategic growth.You will have oversight of holistic financial analysis and resource management processes in partnership with the Executive Director of Strategy & Transformation. This includes leading and managing financial analysis team to diagnose the business providing P&L insights, leading processes for expense management, overseeing prioritization of capital to ensure alignment with strategic goals, presenting financial reports to help Senior Leaders understand impacts to strategic goals, and regular collaboration with cross-functional enterprise to deliver excellence in executing financial plans and budget across multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for contributing to routine working teams, prioritization & planning meetings, and driving the multi-year planning process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, developing essential processes for cross-functional connectivity, and leadership within the retail industry.Required Qualifications

- 10+ years' of experience in financial analysis, expense management, and capital allocation, preferably within the retail industry.
- 10+ years' manage million-dollar business unit to achieve financial/business results
- 10+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with a high degree of complexity
- 10+ years' experience in merchandising environment, or in other like external business models
- 10+ years' influencing with and without authority
- 10+ years' leveraging data to support strategic priorities and enable return on investment
- 10+ years' experience understanding and breaking down highly complex situations to deliver impactful solutions in real time.
- 10+ years' experience working with a team to prioritize work based on skills, needs, timelines, etc.
- 12+ years' of experience in financial analysis, expense management, and capital allocation, preferably within the retail industry
- 12+ years' manage million-dollar business unit to achieve financial/business results
- 12+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with a high degree of complexity
- 12+ years' experience in merchandising environment, or in other like external business models

- Business development and/or consulting experience preferred.
- Masters degree
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
