DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Zone 2 Quality 3rd Shift (Production Associate Level III) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- Quality Focus - Monitors any and all quality issues from prior shift and comes up with action plans to improve and address any issues. Works with other quality reps. to come up with quality projects to improve quality focus on the line.
- Leadership Skills - Working with operators that may have many questions on prior defects. Must have strong conflict resolution skills to be able to handle situations.
- Data Communication and Visualization - Constructing a narrative of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through illustrating data visually, including reports and dashboards.
- Self-Reliant - Must be able to make high stress decisions in a timely fashion. Work with other support teams to ensure the best decisions are being made.
- Action Orientation - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
