DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage and Supervise Service Technicians and Service Team Leaders, coordinating work schedules and communicating repair plans aligned with customer requirements.
- Monitor technician productivity and repair quality, providing coaching, performance reviews, and opportunities for professional development.
- Manage service logistics, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
- Develop and review accurate quotes for customers, communicate updates on repair status, and address any concerns related to Cummins or distributor warranties.
- Support continuous improvement activities by reviewing and adapting processes to align with changing customer expectations and organizational goals.
- Provide first-level technical support to technicians and escalate issues as needed, ensuring seamless resolution and documentation of service activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic.
- A customer-focused mindset to build strong relationships and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Proven leadership skills to provide clear direction, manage conflict, and ensure accountability.
- Strong focus and Health and Safety is required
QUALIFICATIONS
Involvement on various HSE committees, with strong HSE focus and drive for continuous improvement
