DESCRIPTION
This is a permanent Cummins Contract working 37.5 hours per week on three-rotational shift pattern:
- Mornings: Monday to Friday 07.00am - 3.00pm
- Mid Shift: Monday to Thursday 3.00pm - 11.00pm
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 11.00pm - 07.00am
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Setting and measuring blockline tooling using drawings, measuring equipment and tool setter
- Investigating tooling failures and repairing or advising on resolution
- Regrinding worn tooling
- Maintaining quality and safety standards
- Working with tool drawings to accurately set CNC machine tools to specific tolerances.
- Effective communication and collaboration with your team and support staff will improve workflow and problem-solving.
- Following quality procedures and performing inspections will ensure that only high-quality products reach customers.
- Performing routine maintenance and identifying repair needs will keep production running smoothly and reduce downtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Soft skills including: teamwork, communication and IT literate
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Previous experience with machine tools and grinding machines would be essential
- Proven CNC Machine experience
