DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Territory Sales - Inside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in Sales working remotely from your home office .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Convert Inbound Leads : By handling unsolicited prospect calls and converting them into sales, you'll directly contribute to revenue growth.
  • Develop New Opportunities : Through cold-calling and leveraging technology, you'll create new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base.
  • Drive Additional Sales : Your follow-up calls and emails to existing customers will generate repeat business, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct Effective Negotiations : By adhering to company guidelines, you'll ensure successful negotiations that meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Utilizing the Cummins Sales Process, you'll maintain high customer satisfaction from lead to sale, fostering loyalty.
  • Support Sales Team : Assisting with quotation/RFP management and other sales operations, you'll enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the salesforce.
  • Maintain Accurate Records : By keeping precise sales entries, reports, and forecasts, you'll support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Foster Positive Relationships : Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will generate loyalty and future sales, contributing to long-term business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • Advanced certificates or college degree in the field of Sales or Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Limited prior experience required.
  • Experience as a quote analyst or another sales support function desirable. Limited travel may be required.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software desirable.
  • Experience with other software-based sales and business tools desirable.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • General support to Field Sales Account Executives as they support customers i.e. processing and sending marketing collateral, support in creating tailored customer presentations, parts locator and/or parts inventory support etc.
  • Maintains marketing lead vetting process and 'hand-over' to Field Sales Account Executives
  • Supports various reporting needs - upcoming and/or outstanding activities
  • Consolidate field intelligence and create avenue for communication back into the business
  • Support customers with general needs such as electronic tools, extended coverage etc.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faither estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience where appropriate.
