We are looking for a talented MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN LEVEL III to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our CUMMINS company in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.
Key Responsibilities:

o Identify and report work-related hazards, injuries and illnesses.
o Comply with and promote safety and environmental standards.
o Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and actively participate in HSE training.
- Quality:
o Apply high standards in workmanship and perform quality inspections.
o Documenting and performing preventive, emergency and predictive maintenance.
o Provide feedback to improve the maintenance system and minimize costs.
- Delivery and Efficiency:
o Keep machinery running optimally and reduce downtime to less than 20 minutes.
o Coordinate and lead maintenance activities, including scheduling around production requirements.
o Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, and continuously improve processes while maintaining minimum 93% maintenance timelines.
- Teamwork:
o Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
o Participate in the development of quality, safety and processes, and share technical knowledge with peers.
o Maintain an open attitude towards learning and supporting others.
Qualifications
- Improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) metrics.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in the training and development of team members.
- Experience in the maintenance of Yaskawa, Fanuc and Cobots robots.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent certificate
Experience:
- Significant maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating servo motors, pneumatic valves and Festo cylinders.
- Advanced knowledge of safety policies (LOTO), mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Certifications in safety and handling of industrial equipment are a plus.
