We are looking for a talented MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN LEVEL III to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our CUMMINS company in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.

Key Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE):
- Immediately identify and report any significant hazards.
- Comply with HSE regulations and use the appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Promote safety and correct hazards within your control.
- Minimize the environmental impact of operations and participate in HSE training.
- Quality:
- Apply high standards at work and support failure analysis.
- Perform tasks according to diagrams, manuals, and specifications, using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Update quality documents and provide feedback to improve preventative maintenance.
- Perform inspections and propose solutions to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Delivery:
- Solve mechanical problems and perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
- Coordinate with other team members and keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing constraints and schedule maintenance activities according to production requirements.
- Teamwork:
- Communicate effectively with the team and participate in ongoing training.
- Collaborate with the team on Total Production Maintenance (TPM) to improve quality, safety, and processes.
- Management and Continuous Improvement:
- Create and manage improvement and weekend plans.
- Act as a formal resource for less experienced colleagues.
- Support to the manufacturing engineer in process activities and follow-up of assigned activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Technical Knowledge: Experience in pneumatics, electronics, mechanical adjustment and LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedures.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in industrial maintenance or related fields is an advantage. May require specific licenses to comply with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance compliance and equipment upgrades.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Software and Tools: CAD software and knowledge in manufacturing processes.
