DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Field Service Heavy Diesel Technician to join our high performing field service team in Townsville, QLD.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products and attend to breakdowns in the field, this will be on an on-call roster
- First responder to breakdown events
- Fleet maintenance
- Capturing engine data
- Fault diagnostics
- Diverse range engine repairs, both major and minor
- Inspect and replace components as required
- Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
- Working autonomously as well as having the ability to work in a great team environment W
- Work with other major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Field service experience preferred coupled with heavy duty engine experience
- Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Diesel preferred but not necessary)
- Strong engine diagnostic experience
- The ability to work autonomously/remotely for extended periods
- A genuine commitment to workplace safety
- A valid driver's license Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
