DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast training demand and develop plans to address business needs.
- Train and provide technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems, and tools.
- Develop expertise through train-the-trainer sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and field performance.
- Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain technical training records and report service capability.
- Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations as required.

Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with various types of controllers used in Cummins engines.
- Proficiency with software tools like INSITE, INPOWER, SiDia.
- Capability to handle Mechanical & FAE (Quantum) Engines.
- Good knowledge of various fuel systems like PT Fuel, HPI, HPCR, MCRS, and ATS and their functions.
- Ability to understand engine wiring diagrams and CAN communications.
- Knowledge of various applications is an advantage.
- Good Communication & presentation skills.
- Should have visibility/thought to bring AI technologies under Training.
Experience:
- Over 10 years of field experience in electrical, electronics, and controls, including electrical panels.
- He should have experience on diesel engine along with After treatment system.
