DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast training demand and develop plans to address business needs.
  • Train and provide technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems, and tools.
  • Develop expertise through train-the-trainer sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and field performance.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain technical training records and report service capability.
  • Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics preferred.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with various types of controllers used in Cummins engines.
  • Proficiency with software tools like INSITE, INPOWER, SiDia.
  • Capability to handle Mechanical & FAE (Quantum) Engines.
  • Good knowledge of various fuel systems like PT Fuel, HPI, HPCR, MCRS, and ATS and their functions.
  • Ability to understand engine wiring diagrams and CAN communications.
  • Knowledge of various applications is an advantage.
  • Good Communication & presentation skills.
  • Should have visibility/thought to bring AI technologies under Training.

Experience:

  • Over 10 years of field experience in electrical, electronics, and controls, including electrical panels.
  • He should have experience on diesel engine along with After treatment system.
