Job Summary:
Provides high-quality technical training delivery on Cummins products and systems. Delivers technical training to distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel to enable technician efficiency, repair quality and customer satisfaction. Provides technical support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast training demand and develop plan to address business needs. Trains and provides technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems and tools. Develop expertise through train the trainer sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials. Evaluates training with participant feedback and field performance. Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintains technical training records and report service capability. Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations as required.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university or equivalent technical experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
