DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians in Laboratory, Drafting/Product Configuration, Functional Excellence, or Engineering IT environments.
- Understand internal customer requirements and allocate resources to meet those needs.
- Demonstrate a track record of technical problem-solving and quality decision-making.
- Manage teams and CAD tools effectively.
- Ensure working-level knowledge of Windchill PLM processes.
- Apply Cummins Aftertreatment knowledge (preferred).
- Utilize MS Office tools proficiently.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated aptitude is required.
- College, university, or equivalent Associate's degree or certification in an appropriate STEM field is preferred.
- Equivalent Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline area may be required for select roles.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of CAD tools, processes, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to resolve technical queries effectively and independently.
- Proven ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
- Relevant experience working in a laboratory/test cell environment as a non-exempt employee, temporary student employee (intern, co-op), or an early career professional in a relevant operations or technical discipline area.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.
