DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise technicians in Laboratory, Drafting/Product Configuration, Functional Excellence, or Engineering IT environments.
  • Understand internal customer requirements and allocate resources to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrate a track record of technical problem-solving and quality decision-making.
  • Manage teams and CAD tools effectively.
  • Ensure working-level knowledge of Windchill PLM processes.
  • Apply Cummins Aftertreatment knowledge (preferred).
  • Utilize MS Office tools proficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated aptitude is required.
  • College, university, or equivalent Associate's degree or certification in an appropriate STEM field is preferred.
  • Equivalent Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline area may be required for select roles.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of CAD tools, processes, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to resolve technical queries effectively and independently.
  • Proven ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
  • Relevant experience working in a laboratory/test cell environment as a non-exempt employee, temporary student employee (intern, co-op), or an early career professional in a relevant operations or technical discipline area.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.
