DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Sound Knowledge and experience in manufacturing, Cummins Engineering standards, drafting standard, GD&T & DVA and its application, Proficiency in CREO for 3D design and drafting work & hands on PLM/PDM Windchill is added advantage.
- Industry Standards and Processes : Sound knowledge and experience with Cummins Engineering standards, drafting standards, and change management release processes.
- Windchill Proficiency : Proficiency in Windchill PLM/PDM processes and practices is mandatory, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
- Process Improvement : Benchmark and provide improved work processes and practices in design and drafting.
- Project Management and Analytical Skills : Preferably possess project management skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Technical Investigation : Investigate technical information and knowledge-based infrastructure opportunities and challenges; understand causal mechanisms, recommend appropriate actions, own problem resolution, and document results.
- Collaboration and Negotiation : Obtain input and negotiate with a broad variety of technical practitioners to deliver new and revised processes and tools that advance the function's capability.
- Decision Making and Implementation : Make decisions, plan, and implement new and revised processes, work instructions, software, and/or computing solutions to improve technical quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Independent Execution : Deliver independent execution of established and emerging work processes and systems while developing technology or product knowledge.
- Leadership in Process Development : Lead the development and improvement of work processes and systems across a functional discipline area within a business unit site.
- Data Analysis and Dashboard Maintenance : Perform data analysis and create and maintain PowerBI dashboards.

Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an appropriate STEM field is required. A Master's degree relevant to this discipline may be required for select roles.
- Licenses/Certifications : This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Able to manage team of min 2 to 3 members .
- Need in depth Accelera Product functional knowledge
- Sound Knowledge and experience in manufacturing, Cummins Engineering standards, drafting standard, GD&T & DVA and its application, Proficiency in CREO for 3D design and drafting work & hands on PLM/PDM Windchill is added advantage.
- Should preferably P&ID reading experience and piping modelling .
- Able to perform Drawing reviewer role in Windchill system for drawing as per Drafting standards & release process
- Should preferably have project management skills and analytical skills. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required.
