DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Team Leader - Level IV to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Plainfield, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Immediate Action : Stop work and report any major injury hazards immediately to ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Reporting : Promptly report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard to maintain workplace safety.
  3. Compliance : Adhere to HSE standards, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
  4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) : Use PPE to protect yourself and others, promoting a culture of safety.
  5. Interdependence : Foster a culture of looking out for one another, enhancing team safety and cooperation.
  6. Hazard Correction : Correct hazards and safety concerns within your control to prevent accidents and injuries.
  7. Training : Engage in HSE training to stay informed and prepared for safety protocols.
  8. Quality Assurance : Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures to ensure high-quality output and minimize costs.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Maintain APS and hour-by-hour boards, keeping all information on the board fully updated, including post quality tracking charts and sheets.

Cover for absenteeism where needed within the team, group, or department.

Familiarity with hand tools and fasteners.

Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
