DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Team Leader to join our team specializing in Blockline Support for our Power Systems Business in Daventry, UK .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Optimize Production Coordination: Ensure the team meets production specifications, schedules, and targets for volume, cost, and quality.
- Boost Team Performance: Monitor team output, assign tasks, and provide inputs to achieve work specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain Process Adherence: Ensure team members follow process documentation for operator training and defect investigation.
- Reduce Wastage: Implement strategies to minimize waste and enhance cost efficiency.
- Improve Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections, identify non-conforming materials, and address quality concerns.
- Enhance Communication: Facilitate effective communication between shifts, departments, and support functions for seamless operations.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Lead and support initiatives focused on improving processes, safety, and team skills.
- Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and personal development opportunities to build a capable and resilient team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- No formal qualifications but a good level of numeracy, literacy, and PC skills required.
