DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Coordinates the activities of a group of employees in order to meet established production specifications and schedules including volume, cost, wastage targets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhancing Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you'll help maintain a safe working environment.
• Promoting Health: Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will contribute to a healthier workplace.
• Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards, policies, and procedures ensures that the workplace meets all safety and environmental requirements.
• Upholding Quality: Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures like SPC and poka-yoke will ensure high-quality outputs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Drives production systems requirements such as DOM, QMS, 5S, PDCA, monthly audits, and other standards.
