Master Supply Scheduling : Establish and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule that meets customer expectations and maximizes operational efficiency. Ensure alignment between procurement, production, and replenishment planning.

Materials KPI Management : Operate based on recent or historical outputs compared to organizational expectations. Assess gaps in supply chain performance and interpret KPIs to understand their impact on the end customer. Strategically balance trade-offs to influence KPIs while minimizing negative impacts.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

College, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in an equivalent field such as materials planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Practices safe working techniques and adhere to Cummins-Meritor HSE policies and procedures
• Perform root-cause analysis of inventory discrepancies
• Cycle count materials based on the "ABC" classification as assigned in WMS system
• Count and reconcile negative inventory and inventory control material
• Setup & maintain cycle counts for respective areas for the ASH/FOR orgs
• Complete and maintain count research files
• Report cycle count results to planners and management
• Assist in reporting daily, weekly and monthly audit and other metrics
• Support API as well as targeted area inventory counts
• Research shipping and receiving issues
• Assist in material flow & organization project as needed
• Support actions needed to insure count and data integrity improvement
