DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Risk Analyst to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning hybrid in Atlanta, GA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

  • Provide Analytical Support : By offering analytical support to various functional areas, you'll help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Enable Supply Chain Analysis : Utilizing common processes, tools, and information systems, you'll facilitate comprehensive supply chain analysis.
  • Ensure Data Integrity : Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all analytics and reports will ensure reliable data for decision-making.
  • Interpret KPIs : Analyzing and interpreting Key Performance Indicators will help identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
  • Participate in Improvement Projects : Engaging in Six Sigma and supply chain improvement projects will contribute to process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Provide Repeatable Analytics : Using existing business systems to deliver capable and repeatable analytics and reporting will support consistent performance monitoring.
  • Enhance Supply Chain Processes : Applying analytical and quantitative methods will help understand, predict, and improve supply chain processes.
  • Develop Recommendations : Analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations will drive continuous improvement in the organization's supply chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Communicate Effectively : Develop and deliver clear, multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences to ensure understanding and engagement.

  • Optimize Work Processes : Identify and implement the most efficient processes to get tasks done, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Materials Planning Systems : Use the materials planning system to manage supply and demand plans, taking corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
  • Apply PFEP Principles : Plan, design, and manage systems to ensure the right parts are delivered at the right time and place, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Analyze and Troubleshoot : Extract, transform, and interpret planning data to identify issues, suggest conclusions, and support decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Minimal to intermediate level of experience required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Supports analysis for highlighting Demand & Supply risks across sites
  • Engages in cross-functional and cross-business unit interactions to ensure dependable and efficient demand management, including daily operations

Additional Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain Knowledge & Understanding
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • PowerBI, SQL understanding
