DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Supply Chain - Planner to join our team specializing in supply chain planning for our Cummins' business in Seymour, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyzing and interpreting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will allow you to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Executing the daily operational planning process within your functional area will contribute to the overall success and reliability of the supply chain.
Mitigate Risks: Identifying potential supply chain failures and mitigating associated risks will help prevent disruptions and maintain smooth operations.
Foster Collaboration: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop short-term tactical improvements will enhance teamwork and drive collective success.
Promote Consistent Planning: Using the planning system to drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain will ensure alignment and coordination among different functions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Minimal to intermediate level of experience required
Additional Details:
This position is an on-site role
Managing the materials team.
Identify and cross functionally resolve across shift inefficiencies for material flow.
Collaborate with an offsite third-party logistics partner to ensure accurate on time delivery of materials for production intent.
Assess and implement any internal and warehouse process improvement.
