We are looking for a talented Supervisor - Truck Bay to join our team in Leeton, NSW.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Deliver a first-class service to our customers.
- Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 6 technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver results.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service/Branch Manager
- Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
- Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred.
- Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
- Some experience in a management capacity is ideal.
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment.

- Monday to Friday shifts with some Saturdays
