In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Integrated Marketing Communication: By creating and executing integrated marketing communication plans, you'll ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all channels.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns will maximize reach and engagement with target audiences.
  • Content Development: Developing engaging and relevant messaging and content that aligns with brand identity will resonate with and captivate your audience.
  • Market Insight and Strategy: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences will inform your marketing strategies and help identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with sales, product development, and creative teams will ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Managing and leading a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship, will ensure both team and individual success.
  • Brand Identity Enhancement: Upholding and enhancing Cummins' brand identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints will strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations, and regularly reporting on marketing KPIs will drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the impact of your efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing or a related subject required.
  • Product marketing, Digital marketing, Global perspective, and B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to further strengthen our brand positioning.
  • Align with other marketing communications teams to ensure the delivery of overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and curate high-quality, engaging, relevant content for all flagship social media accounts.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, handling crisis management and feedback effectively.
  • Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Compensation
