We are looking for a talented Site Supply Chain Operations Leader to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Supply Chain Management Department in Chassieu, France.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Leadership in Operations: Provide strong leadership for warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of shifts, transportation, and packaging processes.
- Safety and Compliance: Create a safe working environment for all employees, adhering to Cummins' safety standards and operating systems.
- Supplier Collaboration: Mitigate long-term supplier constraints by collaborating with functional stakeholders to ensure a stable supply chain.
- Standardized Processes: Create common supply chain processes and procedures by establishing collaborative business partner relationships.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Approach daily problem-solving and continuous improvement opportunities both strategically and tactically to achieve performance targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that both internal and external customer requirements are met, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, driving operational excellence and aligning with Cummins Operating System.
- Employee Development: Manage and develop the supply chain team, setting goals for training, performance, and career growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required. MBA preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Significant level of relevant work experience required.
Responsibilities
