We are looking for a talented Site Supply Chain Operations Leader to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Supply Chain Management Department in Chassieu, France.

• Leadership in Operations: Provide strong leadership for warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of shifts, transportation, and packaging processes.
• Safety and Compliance: Create a safe working environment for all employees, adhering to Cummins' safety standards and operating systems.
• Supplier Collaboration: Mitigate long-term supplier constraints by collaborating with functional stakeholders to ensure a stable supply chain.
• Standardized Processes: Create common supply chain processes and procedures by establishing collaborative business partner relationships.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Approach daily problem-solving and continuous improvement opportunities both strategically and tactically to achieve performance targets.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that both internal and external customer requirements are met, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, driving operational excellence and aligning with Cummins Operating System.
• Employee Development: Manage and develop the supply chain team, setting goals for training, performance, and career growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required. MBA preferred.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Significant level of relevant work experience required.
