DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Service Supervisor to join our team specializing in Service for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fort Wayne, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Leadership and Coordination : Supervise Service Technicians and/or Service Team Leaders. Coordinate and schedule Technician work schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Effective Communication : Communicate repair plans to Technicians, aligning them with customer quotes. Keep Technicians informed about any changes or updates.
- Quality Assurance : Monitor Technician productivity and repair quality. Provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Technical Support : Be the first point of contact for Service Technicians needing assistance. Escalate technical support needs when necessary for prompt resolution.
- Logistics Management : Manage service logistics, including materials, equipment, and employees. Prioritize safety, quality, and efficient operations.
- Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction : Develop and review repair quotes for accuracy before communicating them to customers. Provide timely updates on repair status and any plan changes.
- Continuous Improvement : Engage in continuous improvement activities. Review and enhance processes to meet changing customer expectations and organizational goals.
- Customer Relations : Monitor open repairs, ensuring completion within quoted timeframes. Maintain superior customer satisfaction levels by resolving concerns and building strong relationships with key customers.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- Prior management experience, or experience in a role that prepares for a management position, is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Cummins products or similar platforms.
