Managing Service Logistics: Ensuring the effective use of materials, equipment, and employees will promote safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensuring Accurate Quotes: Reviewing and developing accurate quotes will align repair plans with customer expectations and provide clear communication.
Driving Continuous Improvement: Participating in process reviews and improvements will help meet changing customer expectations and organizational goals.
Monitoring Repair Status: Keeping track of open repairs and addressing issues promptly will ensure timely completion of repair plans.
Maintaining Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring branch goals and targets, resolving customer concerns, and building strong relationships through professional communication will enhance customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
Successful experience leading people, particularly technicians.
Additional Details:
This role is primarily responsible for our Coach Care department. This department performs maintenance and repairs on large RV's and Coach's. The majority of work through this department consists of but is not limited to mobile generator repairs along with engine PM's and minor repairs. Other services offered are chassis repair, brake work, wheel seals, air suspension repair and A/C repair. Supervision of other in shop engine technicians may be required.
Strong safety culture is required.
College or technical degree preferable but not required.
Must have outstanding customer service skills.
