DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Service Parts Associate to join our CSSNA team in Tucson, AZ.

*Description for Candidates

• Complies with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Uses appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Carries out customer parts counter duties under moderate supervision including receiving parts calls, greeting, and assisting walk-in customers, completing all paperwork and processing it accordingly, handling cash, check, and credit card transactions.

• Escalates customer issues to more senior parts personnel or supervisor when needed. Maintains a neat and clean appearance in the customer parts area and parts warehouse.

• Supports other parts personnel in sourcing and locating complex parts requests or finding alternatives under moderate or direct supervision.

• Utilizes various systems, catalogs, other resources, and collaborate with technicians to identify and procure the parts in the most cost and time efficient manner.

• Perform other duties under moderate supervision that may include managing stock levels, shipping and receiving parts, warehouse activities, inventory management-related tasks, core processing, or other parts-related duties as assigned by management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience:

• Safety, must adhere to all policies and procedures including wearing of proper PPE.

• Customer experience, must provide world class customer service, both to internal and to external customers.

• Resourcefulness, must be able to provide solutions to difficult problems quickly.

• Previous parts experience is needed, at least one year of experience.

• Excel and Microsoft word skills are needed.

• Prefer person to be bilingual but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
