We are looking for a talented Service Manager to join our team specializing in Service for our Santa Fe Springs, CA location.
Job Summary:
Manages service operations, workshop or field, that provide retail or distributor product or application services. Manages department personnel along with the departmental budget.

Technical Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge of Diesel and/or Natural Gas engines.
- Understanding of Power Generation, ATS, and Load bank equipment.
- Previous experience in a service-related field and scheduling service personnel.
- Familiarity with estimating/quoting.
- Basic computer literacy, including QSOL, Insite, and InPower.
- Knowledge of Cummins/Onan warranty.
- Managerial experience and flexibility with work hours.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Regularly review KPIs for service operations, addressing issues and opportunities to ensure standards and customer satisfaction are met.
- Trend Analysis and Improvement: Identify trends and initiate necessary changes to achieve goals and objectives while maintaining uninterrupted service levels.
- Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Goal Setting and Measurement: Set and measure goals and targets for service operations, maintaining superior customer satisfaction levels.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant level of relevant technical experience, including supervisory experience, required.
