Collaborating Across Units: Partnering with various organizational units, you'll help develop accurate annual budgets, expense forecasts, and staffing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Improving Financial Performance: Through detailed financial performance reports and variance explanations, you'll identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Mentoring Team Members: By coaching and leading less-experienced Financial Analysts, you'll foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Ensuring Data Accuracy: Your role in preparing and consolidating financial data will ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial and statistical reports.

Supporting Budget Processes: You'll play a key role in the annual budget process, helping to create realistic and achievable financial plans.

Providing Cost Analysis: Your cost analysis reports will help management understand the financial implications of various business decisions, leading to more effective resource allocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Self-Awareness: Use feedback and reflection to gain insights into your strengths and weaknesses. This will help you continuously improve your financial analysis and reporting skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (MBA preferred)

Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.

Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

Additional Details:

• Support the Upfit plants and their business teams with adhoc reports, projects, and requests

• Perform monthly financial close tasks (actual and forecast variance analysis, journal entry preparation, etc.)

• Prepare and present monthly financial results presentations for site leadership

• Provide finance support for new software system rollout

• Excess and obsolete inventory analysis and support

• Product profitability analysis and support

• Prepare forecast quarterly and budget annually by site

• Monthly inventory control and annual physical inventory support

Compensation

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
