DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Senior Digital Specialist to join our Cummins Power Generation Global Sales Enablement team based in Seymour, IN .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- User Support and Operations Management : Manage day-to-day operations and user support for the Cummins digital platform. Handle routine tasks such as user and account creation, troubleshooting, and upholding data standards.
- Continuous Improvement and Issue Resolution : Drive continuous improvement in support processes. Resolve user support issues promptly and communicate recurring questions for future action.
- User Expectations and Demos : Collaborate closely with superusers and the Digital Platforms Leader. Manage user expectations, perform system demos, and create necessary documentation.
- System Enhancements and Advocacy : Support new system enhancements. Advocate for user needs by working with internal and external partners.
- User Acceptance Testing and Communication : Review results of user acceptance testing and provide input. Communicate platform changes and enhancements to superusers and users.
- Super-User Training and Regional Support : Train and support super-users and champions. Broaden the user support network across regions.
- Leadership Culture and Project Leadership : Demonstrate Cummins Leadership Behaviors consistently. Lead selected projects, integrating expertise and documenting outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent bachelor's degree in Business or related field or experience equivalent is required. Demonstrated understanding of how platform systems work is preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Experience working in a Sales Organization is required (e.g., Sales Representative, Sales Manager). Experience working in customer service or support is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- Your key responsibility will be to improve overall User Experience (UX) through technical expertise. You will actively manage or participate in User Advisory Boards and platform enhancement processes to solve key user issues and to identify projects to improve the quality of our sales tools. You will implement low-code changes or enhancements to sales tools as identified by key stakeholders. You will also actively monitor platforms analytics and KPIs to actively report to users and leaders.
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience working on Agile project management tools preferred but not required (JIRA, Q-Test, Confluence)
- Experience working on CMS tools (Drupal, Wordpress or Seismic) and Zohodesk preferred
