We are looking for a talented Scrum Master I to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology in Shoreview, MN.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. Agile Certification (Certified Scrum Master - CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) are preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Experience working in a software development organization and in an Agile environment as a scrum master demonstrating knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have prior Scrum Master Experience.
Scale Agile Framework certifications are a plus.
Experience with data analytics / business intelligence is a plus.
Must have business function experience in one of the following functions: Finance, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, New Product, Quality, Reliability
