DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares EUC devices for deployment, including:
- Installing Cummins base image on EUC devices
- Running work orders on devices
- Completing First Time Login and verifying setup checklist
- Physically unpackaging new devices and/or cleaning devices for re-use
- Following device check-out process
- Assists with Global OnBoarding EUC device setup & delivery.
- Prepares shipments and deliveries to customers.
- Assists with receiving and stocking equipment, EUC devices, and peripherals.
- Processes EUC device surrenders, including:
- Following device check-in process
- Accounting for included peripheral kit
- Assists technician with device repair:
- Running diagnostics on EUC devices & hard drives
- Maintaining break/fix inventory in closet stock for Tech Bar & local technicians
- Preparing reassign requests
- Maintains inventory volumes of EUC devices/peripherals, including physical inventory activities.
- Assists in recycling devices at end of life, following proper erase and disposure protocols.
- Prepares EUC device stock shipments to local IT (US & Canada), following proper check-out process.

- Assists in many other special projects (Ex. Meritor, Faurecia).
- Attends EUC team meetings when scheduled.
- Assists in keeping IT depot pallets and equipment organized.
- Completing shipment of EUC devices and peripherals.
- Observes and assists EUC Tech Bar and local desktop technicians, as needed.
- Monitors ServiceNow request queue, including updating/transferring/closing requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Position Title: EUC Technician - North America / School-to-Work
