DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting:
- Consolidate and distribute sales reports with repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency under limited supervision.
- Gather and compile data from various sources using existing templates for forecasting input.
- System Administration:
- Execute repetitive and ad-hoc tasks within systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
- Periodically review user-entered data for completeness and accuracy.
- Data Analyses (Internal & External):
- Conduct ad-hoc and routine analyses on external data sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig).
- Research assigned opportunities through secondary sources, compiling and sharing findings.
- Collect and analyze competitive data from various resources to inform sales strategies.
- Perform internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) as per established guidelines.

Integrates Customer Perspective - Incorporates an understanding of the customers' perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Core Skills:
- Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools; experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, able to convey complex data clearly to varied audiences.
