DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Supports the sales force through reporting, system administration, and internal & external data analyses by executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting:
- Consolidates and distributes repetitive and well-documented sales reports under limited supervision.
- Gathers and consolidates data using existing templates as input for forecasting.
System Administration:
- Executes repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
- Periodically reviews user-entered data to ensure completeness and accuracy under limited supervision.

Data Analyses (Internal & External):
- Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses using external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, Rig Dig).
- Research assigned opportunities through secondary research and shares compiled findings.
- Compiles relevant competitive data from various resources under limited supervision.
- Conducts internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) for well-documented tasks.
Sales Execution:
- Manages primary sales responsibilities.
- Drives secondary sales through retail, fleet, and mechanic channels.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma, certificate of secondary education, or equivalent experience.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Graduation required.
Experience:
- Some work experience with intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Expertise in primary and secondary sales through retail, fleet, and mechanic channels.
