DESCRIPTION
As the Sales Administrator you will make a positive impact in the following ways:
- Support local project managers for project invoicing claims & processing of supplier purchase orders and invoices
- Managing Sales forecast with sales team
- Managing dealer & Sales teams holds
- Monthly finance report management and submission
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Prepare monthly sales commission claims
- Submit new vendor requests where required
- Assist in collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submission by finance
- Weekly updates on invoicing data and movements for finance
- Assist in collating USD values for invoicing to assist finance with balance sheet hedging

RESPONSIBILITIES
To successfully be the Sales Administrator, you will have proven demonstration of the following competencies:
- Strong SAP experience (Essential)
- Sales Force experience (Preferred)
- Movex experience (Would be an advantage)
- Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments
