DESCRIPTION
PSBU Industrial APAC Business Development Leader
We are looking for a talented PSBU Industrial APAC Business Development Leader to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for sales and business development channel growth for JV (Joint Venture) and Independent Sales and defend and profitably grow IEA share of wallet in partnership with Distribution Business Unit channels, OEM's, and End-User accounts.
This role has not supported on cross border relocations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales and business development strategy in order to grow joint venture and independent sales channels.
- Defend and profitably grow IEA share of wallet in partnership with Distribution business unit channels, OEMs, and End-User accounts
- Power Systems Business Unit P&L ownership for IEA APAC for High Horsepower industrial markets
- Drive execution of Power Systems Business Unit IEA strategy and transformation initiatives
- Provide Power Systems Business Unit support for Distribution Business Unit, including channel management and growth
- Deliver synchronized business planning, Supplier Information Management, Financial forecasting content and process support

QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualification:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related subject required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Strong experience required, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of and experience using the four P's of marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement) required.
- Preferred from high horsepower industry market background with good communications and leadership mindset.
