We are looking for a talented Project Manager - Supply Chain Planning to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Oshkosh, WI, location.

Job Summary:

Manages, develops, and implements project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Lead multiple projects from start to finish, guiding your team through each stage and providing developmental feedback.
  • Effective Planning and Organization: Facilitate project planning sessions, design comprehensive project plans, develop timelines, and identify milestones to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Clear Communication: Communicate project status effectively to the team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with the project's objectives.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Identify, track, and resolve project issues promptly, using quality tools to manage risks and find solutions collaboratively.
  • Financial Acumen: Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Use quality tools to identify areas of risk and work with the team to develop alternatives or solutions to mitigate those risks.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document and share team learnings with other teams, drawing on experiences to enhance project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Resource Management: Identify and assign appropriate resources to project tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and talent to achieve project goals.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Intermediate level of experience required. 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
