DESCRIPTION
Manages, develops, and implements project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. This role encompasses 30%-40% responsibilities in Supply Chain Strategy and Communication and also focuses on leading projects within the Logistics function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads multiple projects from inception to completion, facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives.
- Works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.
- Designs project plans, develops timelines, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against goals.
- Identifies, tracks, and collaborates to resolve project issues.
- Monitors and communicates project status to the project team.
- Plans and monitors project budgets, conducts research and analysis, and contributes to project design and development.
- Manages project risk using quality tools to identify areas of risk and proposes alternative solutions.
- Documents and shares team learnings with other teams to enhance project success.
- Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with the Project Sponsor and other stakeholders.
- Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish project tasks; guides and coaches team members; provides developmental feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience:
- Intermediate level of experience required.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.

- Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding the end-to-end integration of supply chain processes to balance inventory, cost, and delivery.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Corporate Supply Chain Strategy: Supporting business strategy and development projects through qualitative and quantitative analysis across Corporate Supply Chain areas.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, tailoring messaging for different audiences. Supporting key leaders in developing external communication and positioning the organization as a strategic thought leader in Supply Chain. Assisting with internal events such as All-Employee Communications, Awards, and Recognition.
QUALIFICATIONS
