DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Project Manager - PowerGen projects to join our team specialising in Project Managemen t for our PowerGen Department in Milano, Italy.

- Effective Project Management: By managing, developing, and implementing projects of varying complexity, you will ensure successful project completion and drive organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with business stakeholders, you will align project objectives with business needs, ensuring that projects deliver maximum value.
- Leadership and Guidance: Leading multiple projects from inception to completion, you will provide clear direction and support to your team, facilitating project planning sessions and establishing performance goals.
- Performance Tracking : Designing project plans, developing timelines, and identifying milestones will help you track performance against goals and timelines, ensuring projects stay on course.
- Issue Resolution: By identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues, you will maintain project momentum and address challenges proactively.
- Risk Management: Using quality tools to identify areas of risk, you will work with your team to find alternatives or solutions, minimizing potential project disruptions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Documenting and sharing team learnings will enhance project success and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
- Resource Allocation and Development: Identifying and assigning appropriate resources, guiding team members, and providing developmental feedback will ensure that your team is well-equipped to achieve project objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong Project Management Skills : You must be adept at balancing scope, schedule, and resources to ensure project goals are met. This includes managing the entire project lifecycle from financials to manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning.
- Effective Issue and Risk Management: You should be proficient in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing issues and risks. Using recommended tools and disciplines, you will drive actions to minimize, monitor, and control risks and issues, aiming for the most positive outcomes.
- Resource Management Expertise : Developing and managing resource plans (both expense and headcount) using project management tools and processes is crucial. This ensures that resources are allocated effectively to meet project demands.
- Schedule and Scope Management: You need to manage project schedules and deliverables using recommended tools and processes. This involves ensuring that the project includes all necessary work and is completed within the agreed timeline.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
