• College, university, or equivalent degree required.
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

• Strong Organizational Skills: You'll need to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective coordination with various stakeholders.
• Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication is crucial for collaborating with the Country Leader, FLT, and other stakeholders, as well as for documenting and sharing information accurately.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like IFS and Quantum SAP, as well as the ability to monitor IT migrations and manage project-related data, will be essential for handling the technical aspects of the role.
