DESCRIPTION
Manage supply chain project management activities by coordinating, prioritizing, negotiating, and managing execution of all project tasks and contracts. Lead the analysis, project identification, budget, communication, and integration for multiple complex supply chain projects. Facilitate project planning sessions with Supply Chain Planners and key internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each supply chain project, design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track performance against performance goals and timelines. Plan and monitor project budget, conduct comprehensive supply chain research and analysis, and provide input into the design and development of logistics project plans and timelines. Manage project risk using quality tools to identify areas of risk, and work with other Supply Chain Specialists to identify alternatives or solutions. Utilize a Value Package Profile (VPP) and other scope-defining documents to manage change during complex supply chain projects and manage the connections between multiple levels of scope detailed in related additional technical documents. Develop, understand and improve necessary supply chain Key Performance Indicators. Lead the supply chain project team in the development of a project FMEA and/or 9-box project risk summary, and identify and manage the actions to mitigate the risks. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as order management or shipping, and direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives. Analyze operational trends and develop corrective action plans. Utilize advanced knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and operations in order to advance the organization's supply chain goals, and ensure that Supply Chain project team members receive appropriate resources in order to accomplish goals of supply chain projects. Coordinate production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting services and activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer service, and safety, and examine existing procedures and opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. Manage activities related to strategic and tactical purchasing, materials requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, and receiving, and define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, and evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality. Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand and create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products, and develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as production or quality assurance. Utilize information systems including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in order to effectively manage supply chains through technology by tracking shipments, stock levels, and cost of parts. Apply the structured process and tool set for engaging stakeholders through change to achieve and sustain business results and outcomes related to supply chain project results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Positions require a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Logistics Management, Business Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Customer Support Supervisor, Customer Order Management Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst or Planner, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Logistics Management, Business Analytics, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Customer Support Supervisor, Customer Order Management Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst or Planner, or related position. Experience to include: Supply chain project management tools; Supply chain research and analysis; Design logistics and operational project plans; Project Risk Management to identify areas of risk; Change management; Develop supply chain Key Performance Indicators; FMEA and/or 9-box project risk summary; Develop corrective action plans; Demand management and financial forecasting; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
